Venue Manager Agreement

By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you are authorized to manage the venue profile on Curator.

Acceptance does not mean Curator has independently verified legal ownership, employment, agency, or exclusive venue rights.

You are responsible for submitting accurate venue profile, location, exhibit, and public information.

If venue information becomes inaccurate or disputed, you agree to correct it or ask Curator for help removing or updating it.

You confirm that you have authority or permission to submit venue content, including exhibit information, images, updates, and artwork information provided on behalf of the venue.

You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork and exhibit information submitted from the venue workspace.

You give Curator permission to display submitted venue and venue-related content information in the service, including public venue, exhibit, and artwork pages.

Curator may moderate, hide, remove, or restrict content when needed for safety, rights concerns, quality, legal compliance, or product integrity.

You may update managed venue information through Curator tools where available.

Rights holders, venues, artists, or authorized representatives may contact Curator to request correction or removal of venue or content information.
